These terms and conditions apply between Kidler AB (‘Kidler goods’), corporate identity number 556984-4656 and you who make an order from us via kidlergoods.com (the ‘Website’). By placing an order from this website you accept the terms and conditions stated below. These purchase conditions only applies if you are a private customer and the purchase is for private consumption. Our aim is to always state the correct information on the Website. However, inaccuracies may occur; e.g. spelling errors, inaccurate product descriptions, errors regarding which products we currently have in stock, or incorrect prices. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information on the Website. We will also continuously change products and make improvements to the Website.

Delivery time
The order is normally shipped within 2–4 business days.
Order confirmation
When your order is received, we will send an automatic order confirmation to the email you have entered. Please save your order confirmation as reference when contacting Customer Service. The order confirmation is no guarantee that the products are in stock. We reserve the right to limit, decline or reject any sales and orders for any reason, without being liable for any damage or costs other than repayment of any amount received from you in relation to such sale or order.
Payment
We accept Klarna Checkout and all major credit cards. All prices are in Swedish Kronor (SEK) if not else stated and include a Swedish value added tax (VAT) of 25%.
Shipping cost
Shipping costs will be added upon order unless otherwise stated in connection with your order.
All orders are sent from Stockholm, Sweden. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Costs associated with any kind of customs, duties and taxes are covered by you, the customer.
Delay or damage during shipping
Your order will be packed carefully, in order to reduce the risk of possible damage during transport. We kindly ask you to verify the content immediately upon delivery, If there is visible damage to the product or packaging, you should report this directly to the carrier. Please note that Kidler goods does not take any responsibilities for items damaged during transportation or for delays caused by the shipping company.
Undeliverable packages
Before delivery, you will receive a notification indicating when and where your order should picked up or received. You are responsible for receiving or redeeming your order in the time specified in the notice. Should a package which has not been collected be returned, any costs associated with the order will be non-refundable to customer. For unclaimed orders, we have the right to charge a fee of 30 EUR. This charge is necessary for our handling cost of the order and for the return shipping to us.
Product information
Images on the Website, in ads or in other marketing material shall be considered as illustrations only, and thus not as a specification of the exact appearance of our products, their functions, origins, or as warranty. Kidler goods are not responsible for information on the Website that comes from a third party.
The content on the Website is protected by copyright. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images, texts, layouts, and information about products, services and other content may not be copied or used without the prior written consent from Kidler goods.
Right of withdrawal
As a customer in the EU, you have the right to undo your purchase within 14 days. The product must be returned new and unused. Returns that are damaged or dirty are not accepted. If you wish to return your order, please contact us at sales@kidlergoods with your order number and the reason for returning before sending back the item, and we will provide you with directions for return. Unidentified items returned can be refused refund. Please note that the expense for return shipment is paid by you unless a refund is agreed in the case of a complaint.
Some products are exempted from the right of withdrawal. Products manufactured or modified specifically at the customer's request or otherwise given a special feature.
Complaint
We take great care to ensure that the products you order are flawless and in excellent condition at the time of delivery. Our goal is that you shall be completely satisfied with your purchase from us!
Should you however receive a defect product or wrong delivery, contact Customer Service at sales@kidlergoods.com as soon as possible after the error has been discovered and we will guide you on how you should proceed. Please attach digital pictures of the products/damage in the mail contact, to simplify the matter. In order for the complaint to be valid, the defect must be original, for example a manufacturing defect and the complaint must always be done within a reasonable time after you notice or should have noticed the error. A complaint made within two months of the fault being detected is always considered to be made within a reasonable period of time.
We trade in accordance with the guidelines established by The Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket). The Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket) is a government agency whose task is to safeguard consumer interests. Complaints can be made in accordance with the rules established by the the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen).
Force Majeure
We are exempted from fulfilling the delivery if the due fulfillment of the delivery is prevented by a circumstance outside our control that we could not reasonably have expected when making the contract and whose consequences we could not reasonably avoid or overcome, such as a labour dispute, fire, accident, war, decision of a public authority or some other circumstance that was outside our control and that has a material effect on our due fulfillment of the contract.
